Any illegal content. The uploading of such content is strictly prohibited.

Users retain all rights to the photos they upload to Upscaler CC. We do not claim any ownership of the content submitted to our service. However, by using our service, users grant us the temporary right to process their images in order to provide our enhancement service.

Content Disclaimers

Upscaler CC provides a service for enhancing the quality of photos. We delete photos 1 hour after they are uploaded and processed. We do not take responsibility for the creation, content, or distribution of the images processed through our service.
